Odoo’s Recruitment app is the first of many HR applications that Odoo offers, specifically to manage talent acquisition, job postings, and applications.
Odoo Recruitment is an all-in-one ATS, that:
• Features a drag-and-drop Kanban view with customizable stages for each hiring position to prioritize and track incoming job applications.
• Streamlines todos and tasks with stage Automations using any arrangement of dynamic logic that makes sense for your hiring process. Also, use pre-configured and customizable email templates, scheduled Activities, and more.
• Integrates with third-party job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc. Use an email alias to receive applications directly to each job’s individual recruitment pipeline.
• Syncs with Odoo’s Website application to design beautiful job postings and collect applications. Optionally sync with Odoo Surveys to send out questionnaires, and Odoo Documents to offer contracts.

Pricing
All of Odoo's applications are free to use under the Community (open-source) version and One App Free plans. Standard and Custom pricing starts at about $25 per user on the Enterprise/SaaS version, which includes a bunch of extra features along with optional cloud hosting, which is included for free.
