The most delicious Nigeria local rice is (Ofada Rice 🍚 ) with a special Ayamase Stew which is a special fried stew with locust beans and differents ingredients to make the stew unique.
Location: Abeokuta Ogun State. Type (Iya Joy food canteen (Buka)) on google map if you're in Abeokuta and it will direct you there.

13:40 minutes into watching this and i can see he has similar technique to Splash when eating- really laid back and relaxed, not rushing...we'll see if can finish it.
