It's homemade everything bagels and a quick tour of the off-grid (dry) cabin! While we wait for the dough to rise, we take a walk to check the sap buckets!

Basic Recipe:
- 5-3/4 cups of flour
- 2-1/4 cups of warm water
- 1 tbsp of yeast
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 egg
- Seasoning of choice
