You need more solar. You are running at least 800-900 watts load and only have 700 watts solar. You need at least 1200 watts solar to run that and recharge the battery for night use. Add another panel or 2 and it will cover the load and recharge the battery.

I am going to throw out some hypotheticals here.. Let's say I had the money I was going to upgrade or had to go solar to run my boat. My First choice would be Sol-Ark 15k-2p Charge Controllers EMP hardened times 2 in Parallel. Next I would personally take a stop down to North Carolina at KB solar Factory and see if you can pickup either some KB solar 450 watt Bifacial panels or mono your choice they run about 225 a piece. Sol Ark limitation per MPPT String is 26 Amps So a string of let's say 10 panels from KB solar 450 Watt selection times two in Parallel would equal about 20 amps at 410 volts roughly. You can connect all this up to the one charge controller leaving the other one in a semi standby mode in the event of failure basically its your emergency failover.. Always fuse everything with Mersen Surge Protection equipment. I know boat grounding is a big deal and lightning strikes on boats suck. All Lines AC and DC must be ground both inbound and outbound of inverters charge controllers and batteries. It's expensive but when it pops and it saves like thousands of dollars of equipment its well worth it. That and in the Radio Repeater land we find it saves on Fire hazard as well with our coax cables. We use Polyphasers on all our radio equipment sure its a one time use and you have to keep fuses on hand but its better then blowing up your equipment.

No sir, but panels are built for outdoor use and I use all oxygenated wire myself

@@NoRegretsLifestyle Thanks. Love your channel! With the size trawler you have a heatpump minisplit might fit in inconspicuously.. Quiet and hugely efficient.. Rooftop ac's are now coming with inverter technology. The Furion Chill Cube is just hitting the streets.
