Your cars are brutal, and driving too. I have Y61 GR and want replace that ZD30 with M57, which M57 version is best for patroly old steel block TU version 204/218 or TU2 wirh aluminium block and 231hp?

Stay away of aluminum block. TU1 should be ok.
