in most areas the wheels can't stick out past the fenders here in PA its illegal when i had my 99crv till its transmission went out i had to use a Cragar 69 wheel with a +13mm offset. others use a Cragar soft 8 series wheel with that offset. but you have to grind down your front brake calipers to get those wheels to fit and cut off the piece thats close to the hub on the brake rotor so the wheels bolt on correctly as you have to use an angle grinder to grind off the material on the front brake calipers. if i want to get another 1999-01 crv i want to get one with a manual transmission the ones with automatics are more prone to failure if the transmission goes out you can loose drive. its a typical issue on all 1997-01 crv s with a 4 speed automatic.

But with that spring will get only 30mm, its impossible to only wit that to put those tyres, and also, I wondering if the spacer came together with the rims to look that width! How did you get the right front back together with the spacer on...my spring is legit hitting the body inside the fender and I can't get the bottom of the strut to line up with the lower control arm for the life of me :((
