Laying into them with the chain...classic! Some hipsters in the city would pay up for stuff like that to keep their vinyl in 😂 Personally I just think they'll look good in the shed.

I found myself dismantling so many pallets I made a tool, take about 6" of 20mm bar, weld on a 1"x2" RHS handle (so it looks like a hammer), then weld on a 2" length of 1" angle off the side of the hammerhead. You drop the tool in the gap between planks, turn it 90 degrees and pull off two planks at once, (in hardwood you do one at a time, starting from the end)

Yeah pallet wood crates are great, I need to make some more soon. How many pallets did you go through?
