There is a reason why comedy is such a niche product. This is logic from motley fool podcast and makes perfect sense. Action, Horror, SciFi, Fantasy can be understand visually but comedy however language becomes a major barrier. So only people who have a grasp on that language is when they can understand the comedy, hence why comedic movies are such low grossing, unless it was the slapstick like Jackie Chan.

I've been cooking in the restaurant industry for about 8 years and I can assure you that for me personally it's been dead end. The only way that I can see it working is if two cooks open a food truck and grind like hell until winter. We're doing just about the same amount of work as we were doing before as a line dog,maybe a little extra with scheduling and commutes, but the only difference is we're actually making all the profit for our labor.
