Kashif The blood count is done in lab. Blood is collected in a tube that contains EDT , a chemical that prevents blood clotting and consuming platelets. If EDT quantity is less than platelets gets into clumps and platelet count under microscope is very very low as most of platelets are consumed in clot formation due to lack of EDT. This might be the trick the lab collecting NS blood most likely used and use the tube with no EDT or small quantity of EDT to show low platelet count. This can be managed at lab technician level You are correct doctors saw the report , did not perform the test.

Being an Investment banker in New York managing over 10B when IK left Pakistan was approximately 6% and based of Net exports which is very health sign for the economy was progressing in the right direction. When PML N government left in 2018 the economy was highly dependent on imports and have executed the wrong energy deals. What lies you are talking about? Didn't Nawaz born in the lap of Establishment i.e. Gen. Jilani and later on Gen. Zia-ul-Haq. Didn't Nawaz get 3.5 millions PKR from Gen. Aslam Baig in 1990 Election to win the Election as clearly stated in verdict of Asghar Khan case? Didn't Nawaz fight with four Army Chiefs?
