I have the gift of prophecy through dreams. It’s really heavy and I share with my family all the time, I don’t know where to start and what should I do. I only tell my family about the future about their lives, future world events etc they have come to pass

May I ask is there a certain menu for dinner during prayer and fasting? I'm afraid to take any food at evening time during prayer and fasting because my stomach might get upset and it might make me sick.

thank you for your reply. Please help me know what to eat during prayer and fasting. Today is my 11th day of prayer and fasting. I did not eat foods since day one. I only take water and grape juice everyday. I heard Pastor Alph Lukao in his video saying that they eat dinner at the evening during their long fast. May I know what would be the menu of the food?

He'll Mr things of fasting is for spiritual you need to eat well unless you're fasting dry if not after your fasting day prepare something good as you hear the voice of holy ghost
