Darryl honestly seems like a really good boss: advocates for his workers and himself, backs up his workers when they advocate for themselves (aka yelling at Michael lol), isn't all up in the corporate bullshit, takes a fall which then makes him genuinely worry for his workers' health and safety, and tries his best to keep good relations with the office while recognizing that all too often they treat warehouse poorly and don't take safety seriously. He doesn't even get super mad unless somebody is explicitly violating safety.

So during season 6 my dad (who is a construction supervisor/ I am now also a construction supervisor but I was only like 13 at the time of season) said he would’ve loved to see a office wearhouse spin off and show them working and going out on deliveries and complaining about how much the sales people are selling and just normal but more exaggerated wearhouse environment And I think that would be awesome
