Parking meter should be a must in towns so drunks have something to hold on to or at the very least to bounce off of. It goes like this building to meter and back again all the way down the block

You have to be careful in many states in America. Some states allow a bar to be sued for over-serving someone who then goes on to hurt themselves or others while intoxicated.

Ya if they can prove over serving and even more allowing them to drive, that’s definitely charges against the owner and bartender. The bar can also be fined or charged if they purposely keep giving someone alcohol that’s waaayy too intoxicated. That one’s harder to prove though if they’re just drunk and don’t hurt anyone

No he's not being helped because people don't know for sure if he's just drunk or high. High people are unpredictable and a lot of us have gotten tired of even trying with them.

Ive been helped quite a lot during such moments and Im thankful for it, I will never forget it. I think people who helped drunk ones will always be remembered as their savior. not kidding. I once got lost in a small village at night during winter and I was already preparing to freeze to death. but then I ringed on a house where light was still on. and lucky for me a girl drove me to the bus I had to go to, cause those were my mates already getting ready to drive back home. I missed a train station and landed in that village and that girl just drove me to my destination without me even being able to tell her the way.

Some of these are hilarious, but I find it a bit sad how people just stand by and watch people fall over repeatedly. Especially the first one where he could have hit his head on the concrete.

@@Martin-88 Eh I was pissed that someone called an ambulance for me when I passed out in the snow in below zero weather, with a .44 BAL. I still have not paid that ambulance bill off and it has been years.

That was actually pitiful, and I’m not talking about the dudes that were falling down drunk, I’m talking about the spectators ( most of whom seemed to be family) that stood by, filmed, cackled and posted…instead of helping. I bet most of the phones used to film these were paid for by the dudes being filmed.

I knew a guy who did a backwards swan dive down a flight of stairs and landed his head into a brick wall. His life was saved by a witness who was brave enough to shift his broken neck bones over enough to clear his airway until the ambulance arrived. That one guy doing a head first dive into traffic gave me that same feeling of watching something terrible as it happens.. Just glad it worked out better for him.

I was waiting at a bus stop that’s next to Morrisons in Piccadilly gardens around 8:30am to get to a course I am on at the minute, there was a guy who was absolutely off his head, and just fell onto the road and almost got hit by a bus going about 20-25mph and having to slam on the brakes!

Drunk is when you wake up and do not even know what day it is, you piss in someone's dresser thinking its the toilet, blackouts are common but do not always happen. It sometimes does not even take a lot to get me in that bad of shape as the people in the videos, alcohol is just weird sometimes. Usually you only remember bits or pieces of it anyway, if that. It is when people tell you or record you, that is the worst.

The one time I got absolutely smashed I literally sat down and started talking about geology and explaining it to a really confused bar patron. I am the kind of person who gets drunk and everyone thinks im sober cause it mellows me out and I start talking science, or lecturing people.

Never drank before except for chocolate milk where I'm lactose intolerant so it has almost the same effect to me. I'd like to laugh at some of these but then I keep thinking what if they have a drinking problem where they're dependent on it and then it's sort of funny but sad at the same time.

@@Martin-88lol ya. When I hear “ he’s pissed” you’re right I think he’s angry. But after watching the OB for so long and a few other channels it means they’re drunk or been drinking. Was watching an Irish comic the other day and he kept calling a guy a “grasser” I thought WTf is that. And turns out a grasser is what we would call a snitch. It’s small things like that I’m trying to learn and understand.

@@TreyM1609 I'm the same when I watch American TV shows and they say someone is pissed. I think he doesn't look it and then remember they mean angry 😂. We use grass in the UK too. A grass is the same as a snitch like you say.

Here in the states people can be kinda p---y. We need told when and how we can walk down a street while having consumed alcohol. Oh and at what age we can allow our children to consume any any amount of alcohol. And when the gov says something well it's the gospel or your a bad person or parent
