If you have lower back pain, sitting on those yoga balls will really, really help out. It was painful to sit on almost all office chairs for me, and I switched to the yoga ball at home. It helped strengthen your back muscles, and you actually sit up straight.

lol. I sat on the balls at my desk while I was pregnant and it helped sooo much with lower back pain. Used them during labor too.

people sit on exercise balls because it forces you to maintain a straight/proper posture - which helps relieve back pain. Core-strength exercise is secondary. In my career, I've personally only seen pregnant women bring them to the office and with all the extra weight they're carrying, I don't blame them.

And over here in the US, a lot of people have to stay standing on bare concrete or tile while they work. Get to sit down twice for 15 minute breaks and 30 minutes for lunch. Otherwise, just stand.

2:58 The reason you sit on those balls, is it makes you keep perfect spinal alignment. You can sit like an ass clown in a chair, but when you're sitting on that ball, if you try and slouch to the side, you'll fall off the thing. The idea is you have to keep your core muscles tightened up at all times so that you remain seated. I used to do the physiotherapy at the doctor's office and teaching people how to sit on one of those balls for any amount of time, is actually part of the therapy

I was a baggage handler for awhile. While we called our job “throwing bags”because we DID, we also did our best not to mistreat the luggage. The baggage compartments can be quite long and one person will man the door and chuck luggage down towards the other guy who’s stacking at the end. None of this is seen by the passengers though.

In some states in the US people arent allowed to pump their own gas. I laugh when i travel because the stories gas station attendants have about people who cross the border and have to remember how to fill up their own gas. Granted, that doesnt make up for not knowing how to park on the proper side. Lol

The gas station scenes reminds of a time I was pumping gas and a young female professional type asked if she was putting in the right color into her new luxury SUV. Apparently she had pumped diesel into her gasoline vehicle before.

You cannot pump diesel into a gasoline vehicle in the United States at least. Diesel nozzle will not fit into the fill tube of a gasoline vehicle so you're obviously lying

There's a guy with a channel called gtoger and he just posts surveillence videos of people parking like jerks in his business down the street from a bar then getting towed after they look at the no parking signs. It's strangely satisfying. Especially when a drunk girl pees in the parking lot and that's the only way she is sure she parked there as she realizes she was towed standing in drying piss.

There are people out there I remember one I was working at a 24 hr. Gas station and convenience store back in 1998 and this gentleman came in around 2:30 a.m. needing a quart (0.946 liters)of oil then went out to put it into the engine came back in and asked for a small funnel didn’t have said I’d go out and help him get out there and he was trying to put the oil in through the dipstick tube so holding back laugher show him where to put the oil wife got out and called him a dum ass got in the car and left arguing

The woman washing her cat with gas is fake. I have seen others break down the longer version. First, gas isn't white and the hose that she is using is too small and flexible. Fake.
