Ozil at Madrid was considered the best Playmaker in the world at the time. He was top of the assist charts in all the leagues combined. The loan spell is real and hard to get off. Real won't release him easily bcs of the easy money and he needs to step up VERY much at the clubs hes loaned to bcs he has the standard of real madrid so people will expect too much of him from the start. Wouldn't be surprised at all if his career ends up with just loan deals and real madrid laughing at the other end as they got the money back tenfold from this wonderkid without him ever touching the ball for them in years. im not stating at all that he is not a pure talent, just under different circumstances i think this kid would be much more developed and successful than the path he is on right now. sure the "broad" talent and experience he gets from the loan deals are great from one perspective but i think its bad if it keeps going on for too long for his reputation business wise. The state of mind he needs to build up to be able to accept the fact that he needs to always be the "solution to a problem right now" loan instead of a decisisve and long term project investment is nothing to scuff at. It gets to players heads and the business model is harsh. what im saying is he gets the short end of the stick for being such a talented and well rounded player just bcs he decided to go to real at such a young age. Hindsight sure but you know what i mean. If you can cope with it and handle it like a proper man and later on in the carrier build a legacy at one specific club than fine it could end up well but all players doesn't have that fortitude in their minds and not the belief from their trainer aswell. Just imagine in the dressing room when the loan deal boy gets more praise than the guys who currently have a contract at the club. Trainer has to make the balance good or he will end up screwing himself in the process and in those harsh times you won't be prioritized as a loan boy is what im saying. I think his arsenal career will have a HUGE impact on his career and all the cards are now on the table and the world is watching. Don't choke like Havertz and good luck! Personally it sounds like a really good move from his part due to the fact that arsenal has the financial structure and focus on re building the first 11 squad right now. But everyone said the same about Havertz move to chelsea. Character is important and to do it like Bruno Swagger Fernandes takes a hell lot of focus and determination.
