I like how they talk about Dark Below like they've just made this since the release of the game when we all know it's been in development as long as the game has. The things they are saying like "Players wanted more" for example. This didn't spark the idea for this DLC or the next one. Don't talk about it like you're doing it for the fans. This has so much cheese I'm going to be constipated for a week.

I want them to focus a lot on a good story. A good story is one of the main components that will keep people coming back for more whether it's on a video game, movie, TV show or a book. That's one of the big things that made halo so great (in my opinion) & it's what keeps me hooked anyways :)

I honestly believe that if you're here trashing the game, you haven't given it a chance, plain and simple. Sure, it's not perfect and it has some issues here and there but the fact that I've sunk hundreds of hours of gameplay into it at this point and I have a blast with it every time I play with my buddies, clan mates and/or random strangers says quite a bit. Coming on here to try to shoot down the excitement that this game brings so many players makes you kind of pathetic in all honesty. I respect that everyone has their own opinions but I generally don't waste my time on things I can't stand and if you can't enjoy the game, let alone the immense amount of hard work Bungie is putting into making this game a world where you'll want to keep coming back night after night and day after day to keep playing it, then go somewhere else and find some like minded people to rally together. I'll be playing this DLC while you buzzkills grumble about why you can't stand it.

The game is fun to play sure. But there's no story. At all. In the video at :29ish, the guy is talking about how we want more? Yeah. Of course we want more. There's no depth. At all.

Sterling Foster I agree. The story? Meh. It's pretty much non existent. I'm not going to defend it (although I really like the Grimoire and all the added info you can get from it, it's kinda silly you can't access it through the game itself but whatever) but again, the game is a load of fun. I find it relaxing just to patrol for materials with my buds. Iron Banner matches bring out the trash talker in me something fierce. Man, even the Companion app is great. My only real gripe is with the Xbox One and PS4 players paying the same price for the DLC while the XB1 people get less. This is a practice that should not be accepted. And before anyone calls me a salty Xbone fanboy, I'd say the same thing if I was gaming on PS4. This isn't really a fair deal.

You've disappointed me Jason Jones: "We heard loud and clear what players wanted... they wanted more." Yes, because you guys skimped on the campaign for reasons unknown, and you cannot act like this PLANNED DLC is some sort of response to peoples feedback. It was preplanned and announced before you had any feedback whatsoever, and it's insulting to me how cash-grabby this feels. I doubt you would've sold your soul to Activision unless you had to, but it's still incredibly sad that you did. These strong indications that Destiny is going to be CODized with DLC and frequent installments is insulting to me as a consumer, and I fully intend to boycott any Destiny sequels that occur within the next ten years.

I play Destiny most of time im online and I've been playing it since day one and i still love the game there is some things i dont like about Destiny but i still think this is a great game. Can we just get raid matchmaking please? It's hard for people who don't have as much time to play to get together 6 friends to run a raid. This expansion seems really focused on that raid, so I can't justify purchasing it if I don't even get a chance to play it :(

Compared to Halo, Destiny is a shocking step backwards for a Bungie fan like myself. Mario games don't have a precedent for great storytelling to live up to. Bungie, on the other hand, used to be at the top of their craft when it came to storytelling, but now we've got this experience from them that feels very watered down

I'm sorry, but when you just lied on camera saying that story is a big focus for you; I wanted to punch all the guys at Bungie in the balls, and all the girls in the boob. You all promised a game that would make changes to the way games were made, you even convinced me that this game would be an incredible adventure. A journey that would occupy my time with enjoyment. But all we got was a game that was deprived of story and life, a game that slapped us in the face for trying to explore the rest of the surfaces of planets that you didn't include(you mean to tell me that we landed in the same place every single time on each planet?), a game full of bugs that can make you fail missions(talking about enemies regaining health they lost a second ago), a small variety of weapon types and weapons that seem underwhelming, and classes that don't play any special role. I had hoped that this would be that game of the year. I had hoped this game would be more explorable and filled with hidden missions and lore. I even had hope that I would be able to commandeer my ship, cause I thought that the ships would mean more than just an expression of style. All these hopes made me buy this game after playing the beta, because I thought that I was only scratching the surface. That the beta was the tip of the iceberg. All these hopes made me buy the season pass. While I am severely pissed, I still love my Hunter and can't wait for the DLC. When Destiny 2 comes out I will no longer be so easily swayed. Beware the day when your name alone cannot sell your games, Bungie. In the meantime, keep striving to find the greatness we all thought this game was going to be,

Seems as though we are all being drip fed, droplets of content. Bungie & Activison have not listened to the community or addressed our concerns. Look out for user numbers to plummet and people losing their jobs over a dead game. If they were as honest and transparent, as other games creators are with their communities, they could expect some retention of a user base. Send out an email survey and ask the questions, have a Q&A. Don't just expect a few people who love forums to give you viable feedback that will help your game survive. Read the comments on your video and understand that people think this stripped down version of a game isn't worth their time. The average gamer could burn through all your content in a day. You want to build a universe, you need to give a little back. Expecting people to stump up the cash for dlc that quite clearly was included in the Alpha and on disc, is quite frankly arrogant. But if they think the entire user base is a bunch of mindless cattle who poop cash. Guess what, cattle get bored SUPER easy. They will shuffle onto the next shiny thing in the distance and leave this title in the dust. You need to build a following and in order to do so, there needs to be give and take.

I bought the LE when I still thought Bungie had some morals.... So I've got it... Wouldn't have bought it otherwise.... 20$ for 3 multiplayer maps 1 strike and 1 raid? All of which has been in the game since alpha

I do enjoy playing the game, but one of gameplays thing I hope that you can add is that you can interact more with the NPCs instead of being a plain vendor. Like Mass Effect NPC interactions where you can talk to NPC about the in game's story and lore, then the other option to see their wares.

So...people are pissed off because FRAGMENTED content is on the disc? Okay, fisrt, let's emphasize on the word fragmented because people don't seem to get that most on-disc DLC is heavily fragmented and incomplete, no reason to complain on that one. Second, you're buying the actual CONTENT of the DLC. Sure the maps and placeholders are on the disc, but that's ALL that's on the disc, so I don't see a reason to complain there, either. What happened to gamers in the past couple of years? Shit like WoW and Diablo do this but they get a pass because they're a different genre? Is it just that, inevitably, the age range of FPS players is 10-20+ and those kinds of people just cant help but get mad at something they don't understand? This is where I go on a rant, so if you wanna stop here, go ahead. Anyone saying that they were mislead by advertising is completely wrong, you were mislead by HYPE. They said way back in E3 2013

Cry babies complaining that it's overpriced, do you realize how much time and money that was invested into this DLC? 20 dollars isn't a lot. You get new armor, weapons, exotics, crucible maps, strikes, a new raid, new light level, etc.

the dlc areas that people are glitching into are unfinished, and besides Destiny is a great game I have no complaints about the game other than the storyline. If you're here to whine over how little you're getting than maybe this isn't the video you should be commenting on.

Patrick Wingard Preferable to the lack of story or the paid DLC that claims to give it. I'm not saying Bethesda's perfect, I'm just saying there are better partners out there than Activision. I don't think anyone can disagree with that statement.

The one thing i would like to see is a fire team finder for the raid, even though with my destiny group i can find people whenever i want but it would be convenient to have.

Just more reused enemy assets for the billioneth time and generally more of the same, instead of something particularly interesting or actually new. This game is pretty much Wasted Potential: The Game. I would have never touched this game if it weren't for my friends who were also getting it. It was fun but it didn't live up to the expectations at all. Too much lies, too much false promises, too much deceipt. Nobody gave a fuck about it two months into release, I doubt people are even going to bother with the DLC and I hope they don't, it's not worth it, specially since it's just cut content from such an unfinished mess of a game. They hoped for the franchise to last ten years and not even three months after release nobody even remembers this thing even existed, just like unremarkable garbage such as Watch Dogs or whatever is the streamlined hyperinflated AAA flavor of the month trash at the time. Now here's to hoping bungie gets its head out of its ass and actually delivers something that is worthy of being remembered, and not just cut content repackaged as DLC. Sadly, I'm not keeping my hopes up for it, specially since pretty much everyone who actually made bungie THE Bungie have already years ago and they couldn't have teamed up with a worse partner (Activision) even if they tried their best. RIP.

To the people saying stop complaining you need to understand that this will become a trend in gaming companies to sell you a 60$ game that is the incomplete version and sell you the rest of the game you already paid for as dlc even if you don't agree with them you should be encouraging them to complain so you get more for your money Bungie had a story you can even see in some E3 introductions to this game that their were more cutscenes they false advertised maybe it wasn't anything major but still my point is that we got a 30$ game for 60$ and were paying even more in DLC to get to what the game should've been all along and this DLC doesn't even look that cool just another strike and raid and some shaders to make the players who didn't get it feel < the people who did get it we can still fight this and get our money's worth just think before you buy the DLC and maybe you should use your money for a different game like Dragon Age I'm having loads of fun playing the single player on that at the moment just think what your spending your money on

Certain customers don't realise how much money and years it takes to make a video game of this proportion. I am overwelmed and ecstatic about this game. Anyone else notice that when they showed the first person view, all they shot were hand cannons, and the occasional rocket launcher? Maybe bungie is giving us hints on what weapon(s) we will need in the crota's end raid....

Destiny honestly is so amazing. But their are things I wish you didn't cut out from the main game. When you guys put the trailers for destiney you made so much more than it is. Theres videos of people saying you got gear from trading or gambling. Gambling can possibly relate to sparrow racing. I mean like why is there different sparrows. Why does it matter. Its just I love this game. I just wish I wouldn't have to pay for a DLC to get content like trading or whatever. I love what you guys are doing you honestly make me happy I have so many memories with this game and I've been playing for less then 3 months thanks you!!!

2:54 it showed a warlock using a super with an arc ability, and 3:58 it shows Bunker RAS-2, which is located on the Earth. 2:54 was already confirmed, but I think 3:58 adds a bunch of new theories. I think the image at 3:58 means that Bunker RAS-2 is where the new strike will be located. Evidence that backs up this theory is, if you go to Bunker RAS-2 there will be 2 Hallowed Nights and 1 Celebrant of Oryx. All 3 of them are Hive majors and ultras.

Wow, they did listen cause they said so and then basically released MP maps of existing level assetts and made the new "Story" (lol) another quest giver at the crucible and made the new content more moon content. I am so glad we got more re-arranged content. Bungie are so good at listening.

The story telling and concepts are great! I enjoy the game! I love playing it! I recommend this game to people. One thing that would make Destiny better is to stop relying on multiplayer so much. It's a good idea but it shouldn't be something so focused on when you have started building an insane storyline!
