Its been 23 years Koi Fariyaad released..... 01. Jagjit Saab passed away 02. Sandali Sinha(Pia) doesnt do films anymore 03. Rakesh Bapat(Amar) is doing his bit in Marathi cinema, few web series. Also plied his trade in big boss 04. Himanshu Malik (Abhigyan or Abhi)has gone completely bald doing some stuff in OTT 05. Priyanshu (Shekhar) was last seen in 12th fail. Still the same old fine wine. But in the midst of all these Koi Fariyad felt the same throughout in all these years. Same as it was 2001. Same it is in 2024. Probably something's in life never change.

@@amanverma6479 1. First of all, it's not Urdu, it's Hindustani, a mixture of Hindi and Urdu, a bas*ard language. 2. You claim that love songs can be expressed only in Urdu. Get out of your limited experience man, you can't even comprehend the linguistic beauty of Sanskritised Hindi. And love songs or any type of songs can be expressed in other Indian languages too for that matter, not just Hindi. 3. You dhimmi mindset people will not understand the beauty of Sanskritised Hindi. I am only listening to this song because of music, otherwise listening to these Hindustani lyrics without music and Jagjit Singh's somber and soothing voice would have made me puke. 4. Shuddh Hindi, which is basically the language with more and more Sanskrit words is like nectar to ears. It's a shame that Urduwood/Karachiwood/Dawoodwood aka Bollywood is promoting this Hindustani Urdu language.

Secondly, India itself recognizes Urdu as one of its national languages and all your Bollywood poets Javed Akhtar etc write songs and dialogues in Urdu. 3. Urdu came by evolution so calling it a bastard language reflects your lack of knowledge and utter ignorance. Most poetic/rhyming words used in 'Hindi' songs come from Farsi and Arabic. Please don't claim that those are related to Sanskrit as well. 4. Also, I love Sanskrit and my Hindu heritage. Hindus are my ancestors and I take pride in my ancestry, language and culture. 5. Do not twist my words. Saying that I love Urdu doesn't mean I hate other languages. Again that's your delusional narrow-mindedness at its finest. 6. Pretty sad that you call a religion a desert cult without realizing that Indian Muslims have literally shed their blood for Indian independence along with their Hindu brethren. As far as Muslim invasions into the land of India goes, I am as opposed to it as you are. 7. Open your mind up. Not every Muslim is evil the same way not every Hindu is evil. There is plenty of goodness and positivity on both sides if you were to look for it. 8. Let a song be a song and enjoy it. Why bring your differences in here to ruin it for everyone?

@@himanshukhichar4185 ok buddy so calling a language Hindustani instead of Urdu is just semantics. Hindustani is the parent language and then Urdu/Hindi are children languages. There’s no boundary of what can be considered an Urdu word and not Hindi. Its unfortunate that you don’t like a religion. A large number of its followers are doing unpleasant things but you can’t blame the religion for it right? KKK, Crusaders claim to be following footsteps of Christianity. Does that make Christianity evil, racist and violent? Absolutely not. I grew up speaking Urdu so naturally I love it. And Bollywood taught me Hindi lol because hearing the words used in a particular context repeatedly helps understand what the word means. I appreciate that you recognize not all Muslims are bad which tells me you are a nice person at heart. BTW, there were plenty of Indian Muslims that opposed the creation of Pakistan and chose India as their homeland.
