Can you tell me something I updated to 6.1 to and I always used to use protect battery thing and It used to stop at 85%now after updating it stops at 80 is there something wrong with my phone or is it new?

@@myos5213 you're right. Now maximum battery protection is set to 80%. UI 6.0 was 85%.

Actually, received the update on my unlocked, unbranded phone and TMobile S23U the day of the roll out. That has never happened before! Learning about the new features. Thanks for the vid. Look forward to the follow up with the other One UI 6.1 updates. This release made LockStar and AOD a hot mess. Hopefully, this will get addressed down the line.

I was not expecting all the AI features. Litteraly enjoying my S23 Ultra. Waited anxiously for One Ui. A very smooth and full of features upgrade. Being an IT expert these AI features are not just gimmicks but practical in usage. The most exciting and helping features are Notes assist, circle to search , and live translate and transcribe. Didn't tested Live call translation but it seems very helpful.

I look forward to watching your video about the other 6.1 features that are within this update. What are your thoughts on whether the S23 Ultra firmware is capable of the functionality of the photo ambient wallpaper? I tried the S24 Ultra for a few days and I didn't feel that it was worth the money to upgrade from my S23 Ultra. So i returned it, I was able to use the photo ambient wallpaper. And it was awesome, so I was really bummed when I saw that it wasn't coming to the S23 Ultra. Also I thought there was a way to Hide the Navigation bar for the circle to search. I thought you made a video i've been looking back and I can't find it. Could you please explain it or repost the video if you'd made one. Thank you again. Have a great rest of your day!

I have one ui 6.1 on my flip 5. Most of the AI features won't work on the cover display. That sucks.... Overall I'm impressed. Great features. Love using them.

@ucheamadi7440 the ai features allows you to crop objects in photos and either move them/make them bigger or remove them then the ai generates a new picture for you. I know you could kind of do that before but it's just so cool how it generates new backgrounds etc lol

I love it on my s23 ultra. The only slight annoyance to me is,that I can't alter the brightness for the always on display. I also have the update on my tab s9 ultra as well. So all really good.

@@SuperUnknownKIDS yes ambient wallpaper where it adds AI features like if it relays on the weather outside and create effects like your wallpaper snowing or raining or Thunderstorm the picture .. this did not come to S23 6.1 Version ,, only so far yet exclusive to S24 you could watch the video about that on his channel recent one where it says S24 gets secret update.

I am 100% sure, battery draining issue will happen after update, just wait for another update fixed or dont updatw😅 , i am using samsung from s20ultra, i experienced update brings battery drain issue, slow, not consistent, camera issue(not optimize) . Stock are always far better than latest update.

I've read that there will be a noticeable drain for a couple of weeks and then after your phone adjusts to your usage it goes back to normal

The image search feature is SUPER useful, BUT you can simply screen shot something and then use google search and use the image searcher and it'll give you the exact same result because it uses the same search engine. I current have an S22 Ultra, S23 , and Razr 2023 and the S23 is definitely the "fastest" but those AI features i thought would be "better". The s22 ultra is still my favorite between a new CPU and a flip phone xD ! I love phones and this era we're in because they're so cheapp!! 45W charging sure does feel nice compared to 30w on the s23, I'll say that much!

Just as a point of info for those especially in the U.S. whose carriers have not yet picked up the update and offered it to their subscribers, Malaysia is 12 hours ahead of the East Coast U.S. time. Verizon U.S. East Coast time subscriber here, still waiting for the new update to be released.

Chill guyz! I know what you saying but the truth is first of all, s24 ultra is best in Camera 3x to 5x to 10x. Keep in mind along with 200mp, 50mp camera added instead of 10mp (previously on s23 ultra) Best because they expanded the thermal cooler that will keep the device cooler AI call translation is just awesome , and the AI circle select feature (might come for S23 ultra update later also) Snapdragon upgraded to Gen3 Battery timing much improved and extended You can select various unique colours with Titanium collaboration 7 years of software update Extra brightness on screen 2600 Nits (which was 1750 nits on s23 ultra) Easy to hold grip Easy to place glass protection on screen Easy to avoid reflection with new glass technology Just sayin!

They messed up lockscreen and AOD after the update. Also voice input is hidden somewhere in the keyboard Button swipe gesture is removed completely. I don't understand why samsung is cutting off the existing good features instead of adding more.

For me the swipe does not work as before when I want to unlock the lockscreen. I thought it was because of the screen protector or something, but the scrolling works on pages. It's just on the lock screen...

Just downloaded new update and installed on unlocked s23 ultra using Verizon. Gonna have a fun afternoon checking things out. Quick question: is there a way to download the transcript? Going back and forth between the video and other settings sometimes resets YT back to initial opening. Thanks.

Update: I have 3 browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Samsung Internet; Chrome for some lookups, Firefox for other sites and Samsung for dedicated Kindle orders (Google forced that). I swapped search engines to Duck, Duck Go to check Circle Search. Worked fine. Did same on Samsung, worked there. Seems like any browser will do.

Hey I need some assistance like now and it's getting annoying, I opted in into beta for the one UI 6 back in 2023 but ever since my phone has been stuck in beta mode. Ive tried everything to get it out because it won't let me update my phone at all. I contacted support and they just told me I was in one UI 6.1 beta and I showed everything to them and they just said no I was wrong. I don't know what to do now I've tried everything and I even factor reset twice, please help me.
