Did you encounter the round spin unable to take out? Mine is newly bought but unable to spin to remove after pressing the center button

Thanks for the review. Does the Galaxy S24 Ultra have clear protective film on the sides, top, and bottom that need to be removed before placing the phone into the gadget case?

What other clear cases are you recommending for S24 Ultra? Not necessarily produced by Samsung. I'm a bit worried that this will not work fine with wireless chargers.

Thanks heaps! My brown S strap connects but does not seem to want to turn at all. Seems in the video you simply connected it and turned it but mine won't. Does anyone else have this problem?
