Hey Kevin and Brittany, really appreciate this video a lot! Been researching hard to find a great performing tire for our sometimes harsh and unpredictable trail conditions here in Alberta. As a Tennessee guy originally, I was not accustomed to all the changes that one can experience in a single day on the trails here. But I believe your video hit all the points. I watch all your stuff and specifically sought you out to answer my question and go figure you had the tire review I was looking for. You guys rock!

I bought these a year ago for my Tacoma, couldn't find any reviews at that time, I loved them so much I bought a set for my new Jeep. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw you guys run them. They're awesome. Also I'll mention the Load range E's I ran on my Tacoma weren't as soft as the D's I'm running. I ran them in the snow and they performed well, no complaints. And the price was amazing, I paid under $1000 for 5 of the 35's.

Great review!! Never heard of them till I started watching y'all. Been contemplating these or the cooper sst pros. Price point is a killer on these. I watched y'alls video in the snow and they did pretty amazing. Looks like they are readily available at a few of the big name tire stores also which is good when traveling and need one in a pinch! Thanks for taking the time to put a review together! Hope to see y'all on the trails.

I bought the same tire based on the recommendation of a good friend who also has a JK. He is always going off road as he is an alligator wrestler, wild life officer for the Seminole tribe and tests equipment for Kast King. He swore these tires were quiet, rode good on the road and gripped extremely well off road. He went with 33s as he said the price was right. I bought a set of 35s. I am glad I did. They are the quietest tires and do well on the road. I haven't had the opportunity to try them off road yet (I have only had them 3 weeks), but from what I see, they will be awesome. The price was perfect. I hope that if they get popular that they won't increase the price.

But after watching this review, I will be looking for these tires to replace my standard Goodyear light truck highway tires on my 2008 Ram 1500. And I liked, subscribed & notified, cuz you guys made me laugh. Thanks for making my day better. 😊

I have had milestar patagonias for over a year now (12000mi) on a landcruiser100. I like how you guys thought about this and did not just buy the most popular. You had a similar process as me #1 hybrid design (center makes a quiet tire!), #2 rating (mine are load index 127, thats tough+same ply ratings as BFG), #3 price (all 4 mounted for about $500! awesome!) #4 lets be honest, they look badass. 1 thing I notice on mine, if they sit for a few days, they are sort of 'out of round' for the first mile or 2. Has anyone else noticed this? After a few minutes they warm up and all is good. Must be the soft compund. Great Job you guys, way to think outside of the box and not follow the crowd. Keep up the good work!

That’s probably because at least one of the sidewalls is a Nylon ply which makes the side wall more durable but they tend to flat spot overnight.

First 10,000 miles on mine - They're Great! On the road/hwy they were much louder than I thought they would be, but later I found out why - Alignment was off! The toe adjustment was way off on the left, and left Camber was also out. After realignment they were much quieter - more like what I heard they would be. Traction both wet and dry has been great. Off road they are amazing! I only have 265-70x17's on a Jeep WK, lifted 2 inches rear and 3 front, but these Milestars make up for a lot of limitations of this set-up. And air'd down to 15 lbs they crawl over things I never would have attempted without them! Thanks for telling us about them!

First I love your videos and your both getting so much more professional with your videos 🙂. Your intro and music is tops and if I can say it gives them - I can’t wait to watch them feel for them 🤓. As I mentioned before I run 40”s on my 1962 Willy’s Wagon although I don’t really care for the tires at all. You brought up some points that some tire reviewers haven’t such as rubber compound and side walls. A harder rubber compound gives a noisy ride and a stiff one also. I will check these out I need both soft compound and the 3 ply side walls anything to help it’s ride and better traction. Although I don’t rock climb anymore I still need what I mentioned. Thanks and keep up the great 👍 videos. By the way this comment is also good for your rear brakelite install - good job also....Cheers

I bought these tires in 15's 31's for my 84' Ford Bronco and my Dad fell in love with them and put them on his 94' Toyota 4Runner. Trucks are not our daily driver but for the weekend off-roading or hunting it works for us. For $500 from EBAY you cant go wrong. We've had them for "Two" years and holding up great.

I will say I'm not thrilled with the way these look, but after hearing good things I grabbed a set almost 2 years ago. I run these in a 35x12.5x15 on my TJ @ 22PSI and they've been the best and longest lasting mud tire I've had on my Jeep. I agree with everything she had to say. Another positive for me is they don't feel too heavyon my Jeep like another brand did. I had General Grabber Red Letter tires in the same size that were so heavy when I drove off from Discount Tire I thought they left the parking brake on...and they hadn't...lol. I would absolutely say the Patagonia's are a great choice.

These are rad tires. I agree with everything said. Also they do measure pretty true to size. With 25 psi for on road driving they measure about 37.25 inches. I had one drive so far in about 6 inches of snow and the tires have good traction and track well. They are also so huge that changing snow rutted lanes is no big deal. Such a great tire at a great price point. I have had lots of off-road tires. Toyo open country, nitto grappler, Wrangler MTRs, generals....all good tires....but these are better in my opinion and cheaper....what!!!

The softer compound makes up for a lot, when it comes to grip. The downside is that you have to rotate them more, and they will probably wear down a bit faster. But that is easily offset by the lower price. Soo, good going MileStar. :)

Hey guys, thanks for all your videos and showing us all the things you have been doing to your JL. Something to think about, it would be cool if you could have a running list of all the mods and accessories you guys have been doing, to include things as an example the exact tire size you are running. I believe the tires to be 38X13.50R17, but I'm not sure, and which wheels did you get to replace the stock. Is there any off set and if so how much. All kinda things like that. Also if you decide to drop something because it did not work, or you wanted to update something like you did with your lift. So you started with X and then changed to Y because bla bla bla. Ok I thing you get the idea. Thanks again for another great video.

Love the fact that you make a point of noting the softness of the rubber compound. Sticky rubber makes a World of difference offroad and you made a point of that...well done. Would like to see a durometer test of these tires. I'm in the planning process of a Blazer build and these tires fit perfectly as the shoes I want fitted....despite the 400$/tire in Canadian peso's. But traction vs destroyed panels etc from slips is worth every penny

Have these tires in 37” on my JKU. I’ve had them for a little more than half a year and honestly cannot see any signs of them getting old. They are amazing tires! I’m glad you love them as much I me!! Keep up the great videos!

Noah, any experience on snow with them? I have KO2s now and they're really good on snow. I want to know how much of a drop off these will be.

Gil Mikalian yes, I live in Minnesota and have had some snow already. The tires aren’t affected by the snow at all. We haven’t had much, but enough to know that these tires are super tough. We should get more as the winter progresses so I’m anxious to see how they do in measurable snow.

I have to totally agree with the hot chick. I changed over from GY Duratrac. The Patagonia’s cost 40% less than DTs. So far I love them too. I don’t agree that they’re “totally silent” but they are very quiet on the road for a MT. Off-road I think only the KM 2s, GY Kevlar and Toyo Mts are better than these tires. Bought them for our wheeling the trip to Colorado to do Black Bear, engineer pass, Poukeepsee gulch and others in that area and the performed great there as well as trails here in my home state of Utah. Sidewalls....I was a little concerned about the C rated sidewalls. I’ve always run an E. So I’ve been hesitant to air down less than 14psi. But they seem to do well on the video so I’ll try 10-12 next time out on the rocks. Just started snowing here in northern Utah. No big dumps but enough to say they perform well on snowy slick roads, I feel they are better or just as good as winter rated Duratrac. At this point I would definitely buy them again. But curious to see what the longevity of this tire turns out to be. I was getting 60,000+ on my last 2 sets of DTs and still enough tread to resell on Craig’s list for $150 for the set.

I have been running the Milestar Grantland on my ZJ 5.9 for about 5 years now and they look and ride great. Grantland is a street tire but my ZJ is a 5.9 limited and the AWD gets grip and goes.

I run 32" Patagonia A/T's on my triple-locked Land Cruiser thru Rampart Range Rd trails East of the 'Springs'. They do quite well on the kind of terrain usually found in these areas, dry, gritty, and w/o mud. The tires came with the vehicle when I bought it and I had every intention of replacing them with proper M/T's. But the guy said, "Give them a try before you buy something else". 8" snow is nothing for them. I was in 12" snow when I had to put on chains and at that point your tire tread doesn't matter anymore anyway. So yeah, great value these Patagonias.
