Block doesn't seem neccesary to add at least for me (unless it's for a betrayal spare kill) I'd suggest adding hp instead but if you don't feel like 1 person suggesting it is the big deal then you could make a poll or just ignore me

no the reason he blocks is because your forced to fight him you cant spare him so you will have to make him run out of energy also he will only block in pacifist since your weaker and he can do it with ease

Block kinda takes away the impact from someone using it and shocking the player. It also doesn't make sense. Like, yeah, it'll hurt less, but that doesn't change the fact that I just punched or potentially stabbed your arms. There should be like 1 hp gone if you're gonna keep the block like this. If you want it to be zero damage, have Papyrus use bones to block the hit. I am telling you not to have a block feature wasted on Papyrus of all characters if you make a full fan game, but if you want to do it, then do it
