If I only heard this song and did not see the group name or the video then I would totally guess this to be either Hyuna or 4Minute. The vocal styles are SO Hyuna-sounding or Hyuna-esque that it's hard to believe it's not her. Of course , I've read in the comments that the lovely Queen Hyuna wrote and produced this song for the equally lovely CLC. So that makes a lot of sense .

CLC deserves so much. I remember loving this song when it first came out. I couldn't stop dancing the chorus, it was that addicting. I just returned on this when I found out that a member (Yujin) of CLC became a Kep1er. I'll support her on her new journey. CLC was ahead of their time.

Been a clc fan for 3 1/2 years and they disbanded this year we all saw it coming tho. But if we were to rewind the past and change their fates would the outcome still remain the same? Honestly cube ent did them so wrong they literally kept making them go on hiatus with no news of a proper comeback then when it happened. Boom the song went to izone sadly. It’s so obvious this song was meant for 4Minute. I can literally hear Hyuna’s voice. If 4Minute released this after Crazy instead of releasing Hate, probably things would have gone a lot better for them.

The situation is messy. La Vie En Rose was given to IZ*ONE after it was meant to be for CLC. La Vie En Rose should have been CLC’s song, and Hobgoblin should have been 4Minute’s song. That way both groups would would each have hits respectively, and both would survive. It’s not rocket science 🤷♂️

It was released in 2017, when Black Pink already brought back Girl Crush when they debuted in 2016. So Hobgoblin made it at the right time. Blame it on Cube's management and marketing strategies.

Came here after the song, Cheshire. Such a nostalgia in watching Hobgoblin MV. At that time, I was surprised that 2 new members were added. The bad ass girl ( Eunbin ) and who's the girl in blonde 🤔 ? ( Elkie ). The rest of them had a total makeover - the black lip girl ( Sorn ), the swimsuit girl ( Seungyeon ), the mature girl ( Seunghee ), the 2 horned furry girl ( Yujin ) and Hyuna's daughter ( Yeeun ) and....the cat 😺. Their music had changed from cute and youthful to girl crush ( a hammer banger, literally ). At that time, I thought that was the beginning of their next phase in kpop journey internationally 🎉. Alas, it was not to be lasted 😔. Nobody thought that Helicopter was to be their last 😞. Thank you CLC for giving me great music and joy 👏. Cheshire, I think would accompany CLC in your separate journeys, and give our blessings for each of you to be at the top 👍. We might not be in the zone anymore, still we are CLC, go.........

I unfortunately was not a true CLC fan until late 2019-early 2020 during their round 2 of “Hobgoblin “ promotions 😢. I knew of them, but for whatever reason never really gave them a chance until seeing stages of them in 2019. I agree! Let’s always support our CLC girls together and in their separate paths ! Let’s make sure we get a comeback for their 10 year anniversary in a few years from now!
