Last-minute goals, a penalty shoot-out and plenty of drama as Palace battled their way past Sunderland in an eight goal thriller to reach the final at the Millennium Stadium and a chance to join the Premier League.

I was at both games. As a Palace fan i feared the worst after Gray was sent off,but still had a gut feeling we would win. Why you might ask? The crowd that Monday night was only 28,000,to me showing no convidence amongst the home fans

As a Sunderland fan I was gutted by this game. Neil Shipperley fouled Mart Poom when Darren Powell scored ffs, ref must’ve been blind
