That depends on what you exactly mean by that expression. The WHO has officially downgraded Covid-19 from pandemic to endemic last May, so in the literal sense you are right, however Covid-19 is far from over, hence the word endemic. It is not gone at all unfortunately, and needs to be actively monitored for the long run by the various governments across the world, because the virus will not die out anytime soon, and we still lack a long term vaccine, so the numbers of people becoming infected will be most likely stable, predictable, and therefore manageable.
