Well it is sweet unless s/he crosses the line. Fan Mails are age old things & it wasn't considered stalking a while ago until the celebs thought they're better than the masses & don't wanna be in touch with fans. It was honest criticism & support.

@@GokulOnFire Not really. It all took a horrible turn when that young girl from the My Sister Sam tv show was shot and killed when she opened her door simply because her stalker rang the bell. John Hinkley Jr. was an earlier similar issue but different intent and result, and John Lennon’s murder on the street of his NYC neighborhood set the stage for all this. Princess Diana had lots of threats and crazed stalkers. It’s not high-mindedness, arrogance or pretension (tho many celebrities are loaded with them) when the threat is a provable reality.

She seems like an absolute doll. And by that I mean a real sweetheart, a very genuinely sweet, kind person. Every interview or in-person, out-of-character video I've ever seen of her, she is smiling, giggling, treating people with kindness and fun and mischief and a twinkling personality. She's had great success, and I hope she has much more. She seems to have remained fairly well grounded; not let fame go to her head. Here's to many, many more years of Karen Gillan being the tremendous actress, and genuine human being, that she is.
