Evans was such a good receiver. If only the rest of the team was decent in those years

Really bad management and coaching back then. And a seemingly endless aura of negativity surrounding the team... playing undisciplined, among the league leaders in team-penalties every year. Remember fans used to say Bills were cursed? Lol... not anymore.

Remember getting all excited about Losman at first and thinking he was gonna be our franchise quarterback?

Exactly! Losman would have been OK if he'd had stability within the franchise. He had a new coach new coordinator to learn almost every season. He never had a good offensive line he would have been OK

BILLS can never develope qbs before JA…and hes justa freak. Losman had a great deep ball but intermediate and short passes he sucked. Evans was criminally underrated

Was saying the same thing today imagine him with the coaching we have now ? He and losman had a new offense to learn almost every season neither of them had any stability within the franchise

@@sphon5905 Sure, you can make that argument, but Andre did lead the entire NFL in catches despite being on a bad team that didn't throw much. Chad led the NFL in receiving yards, and Harrison and Wayne both had more yards, catches and TDs than Evans. Bit of a stretch to call it a robbery imo

Imagine the lee evans potential with todays bills coaching staff and allen as quarterback. He had a great career with almost a new bills coaching staff every season and subpar quarterback
