Loved this comment! So sick of people being judgy (sadly, they think they're "helping" lol, but let's be real, always sounds negative) He/they will surely find their exact groove, otherwise it's just fun to see today's youth find old music as new and as exciting as WE did when we discovered it! I'm kinda obsessed with these reactions, bc there really is no better feeling than that 1st time you hear and feel a song... I recall showing someone older NOW a classic movie and the joy I get when their face melts off! Hahaaa There's honestly nothing better to bring people together than music! I smh a lot at how many classics fell between the cracks for these younger viewers, but my heart pounds, tears, the whole shhhhh, when they find a great artists, and see what music once was!! Not sounding snobby lol, but everything lately was computerized, it's so great to hear great music coming from a place of LOVE, not just the $$😉♥️🎶😎

The subject matter of 'Stayin' Alive' is about survival in the streets of New York inspired by the Nic Cohn paperback Tribal Rites of the Saturday Night, who was the plot for the classic Saturday Night Fever Movie. With 31 million singles sold since, Top 5 all time songs ever written and the hallmark and mist iconic song of the 70`s decade. It is claimed from in a survey of all radiostations around the globe as most airplayed song of all time in 2017- every 20 seconds - this plays everywhere around the world 🍾. It’s a part of our shared cultural heritage now - one of those pop miracles that just never gets old, never wears off, never loses its charge. It remains alive. And indeed one of the most covered pop songs in history.🎖 Michael Jackson told that without the Saturday Night Fever Sountrack, he was not able to write with Quincy Jones the Thriller Album, Barry Gibb & Michael Jackson were the closest friends in Show Biz 💪

They are a British singing act of Brothers (Bee Gees) Gibb. Been singing as a family since they were 9 yrs old in England, in 1965.

They also have a younger brother, Andy Gibb, who died young. He's like a mini-Barry. Check out Shadow Dancing or I Just Want to be Your Everything.

Michael McDonald, the lead singer for this song from the Doobie Brothers, had an equally impressive list of timeless songs as a solo artist. He did a beautiful cover of the “much covered” song “Hallelujah” that I would recommend for an upcoming reaction. Fantastic vocals!

Best Beegees song of all time (to me) is "how deep is your love" it's a whole vibe fr. It's one of those songs you put on, close your eyes and just vibe to.

I'm an old soul n i only listen to classic music all the way from the 40's to late 90's n i get what ur saying. U don't sound ignorant nor any "type" . They do sound if they were black. Because they have soul. It's called blue eye soul.

The superbly talented Brothers Gibb and only us 60 somethings could understand what we had back in the day no auto tune no stupid naked bodies shaking about to make up for your lack of talent this was when music was raw and fantastic, and it’s hard to imagine that Barry is now the only living survivor of his three younger brothers.

A lot of people think The Bee Gees are black. There’s a KZfaq video called “Black People’s Reaction to Bee Gees Staying Alive,” where they tripped out when they found out the band was white. It’s a pretty common reaction. :)

Bee Gees were famous for the disco era songs. They have their singing voices and normal talking voices. Very different.

I love the expression on your face as your mind is getting blown it is so nice that we can reach across with the younger generation to heal the wounds in this country music is a language all itself and no one can stop it with hatred I'm so happy to see this movement taking place with music you've probably never heard before
