As a DJ, producer and remixer, Michael Mayer remains one of Germany's core celebrities in dance music. It's no secret that he spends his weekends traveling around the globe. It's likely throughout his career he's played in front of millions. Then, as a co-owner of Kompakt, he spends his weekdays deciding what will be released on the label and working with the label's artists and overseeing Kompakt's distribution wing - the home of over 50 record labels.

It’s a dope mix just don’t like the format of how it was recorded. You can hear the crowd. It should just be the music

Michael plays "Pioneers of the warped Groove" by The Hypnotist... And just a few people screaming... I can´t believe it... alright... Strange... i remember the sweat on the walls at 1992 or 1993 when this track came out---- :D

Love the music. Thanks MM. Am wondering why his set started during the day rather than being performed entirely after dark. Not a huge crowd at the start, perhaps 'cos it's early?

Ähhh, a set with a couple CDJs and a mixer is not "live". It's a DJ set. Just sayin'.

blablabla :D many live DJs around for the past 2 decades should curl up in a ball and start dedicating their time knitting - 1000 times more a DJ set from MM than garbage from the 99 percent "so-called DJs" that live their crappy "tunes" and "vibe" online and in festivals around the world. oH, and they call themselves Tecno DJs ahahahahahhahah - So good to know that MM is still around
