Nice job on your new bike! .We purchased the two X3 bikes and we love them. We put over 120 miles on our bikes in the first four rides. I am 74 my wife is 66. These bikes really give us extra incentive to get out and ride. Thank You!!

Nice to see some of the people who work behind the scenes at Lectric! Good for Lectric to get into this style of ebike, especially one certified to UL 2849. Although it’s not one I’m interested in, a lot of people are.

Whats the between the XPEKE and 3.0? Do the new batteries not work with older bikes? This bike seems like a competitor to the e-dirt bike audience.

Ya it’s pretty exciting for them. I believe the range was around 60 miles, but we will have a better idea once we get one in for our long term review.

From what I see the only draw back is unlike the other ebikes it does not fold up so will be hard to store/transport.

Transportation may render a challenge for some, but there are plenty of bike rack that work for fat tire tire bikes and will carry the weight safely.

snow outside. i stay in were it is warm. at 63 with arthritis. is there a option for a normal hand twist throttle? thumb thingeys hurt the thumb joints in a bad way.

How do you feel a 6'4" rider will be on it? Possibly just need a longer seat post? For the price the post and bars can be changed out and still be a good valu.

The best input I can offer is just my personal perspective. At 6' tall I felt the reach to be on the shorter size. Which for an offroad capable bike and commuting is totally fine and you have a very upright riding posture. Comparing it to proper mountain bikes ridden aggressively, the frame would feel too small at your height, which a longer stem would be helpful. I don't have the numbers available to know exactly how high the stock seatpost can be raised, but you're correct a longer seatpost may have to be an additional component to source. Overall, for casual offroad riding and as a commuter, it offers a lot for the actual dollar amount. Best of luck.

After owning Lectric's XPedition, I would not even think of owning another Lectric. Substandard welds. Cheap components. Motors that are soooooo noisy. No offense, but you cannot put a lot of stock in these types of "Lectric invited us out" reviews. I'm not saying they are disingenuous. but they are heavy on the "gush" factor. I have three Aventon bikes also. Had them for 3 years. Amazing bikes. You get what you pay for.

From their information "The XPeak’s frame, handlebar, stem assembly, and suspension fork are all tested to the ISO 4210-10 safety standard" so hopefully it is built better since it is meant for a more aggressive rider.

Wired freedom 2023 new model is way better pal with a 60 volt battery and near 40MPH top speed for less tan 2000 bucks you can't beat it

14 ah battery that they claim goes 60 miles on one charge? You destroy your channels credibility by endorsing such claims. Do the laws of physics fail to apply with Lectric bikes? You ain’t getting close to 30 unless you put in some serious effort and any knowledge expert would know that.
