bloody impressive! Well done! Seems like the Strom is more capable off road than people think, made easier by the good riding skills too

I've ridden both, but prefer the AT off road, the vstrom is ok, but the Honda just feels better, even though its heavier. The Vstrom just doesn't feel as well balanced in my opinion.

Absolutely. There were a few times when I got air. Although you have to try to keep it from kicking you off the back, like a bull. The rear-end is light and wants to fly up more than front.

That was an excellent video! Got me pumped to go ride my AT! I've found on my gopro 9, with the mic adapter, if I use the quick record function every 2nd or 3rd clip looses sound. So now I use a USB cable to a power bank and leave the gopro on all the time. Lasts all day filling several 512gb sd cards on horizon lock 2.7k.

Thanks. Sounds like maybe your adapter gets loose and loses the audio connection. I’ve had that happen to make A LOT! I have to check my audio cable every so often while riding.

@@1LiterADV its actually a known software issue with quick capture. Can replicate it over and over. Never happens during normal use. Though I do get the same issue when its dusty, the audio glitches with strange sounds on occasion. Just reset the plug each time I stop.

damn nice, you can really see how much better front suspension is on AT in those in-front shots ; takes every bump like it should while vstrom all goes into the bike and shake it ;

Yeah the V-Strom suspension is not even close to the AT’s. 😏

That was pretty damn awesome guys!! Please, do tell - what did you do about the giant tree across the trail? It looked like a "turn around" problem.... but then the footage just continued ;) like magic!

Thank you! We ended up turning around. The log was probably 18” diameter and not enough clearance for the motorcycles.

do you have a radiator guard installed on the v-strom? I'm considering one to prevent damage to the cooling system

Can u please tell me what skid plate that is on your AT, I have the same one on my new to me. AT and cannot identify it or find it any where on the web. Thank for any info, really dig gin the channel too

Thanks for thanking the time to watch the videos. The skid plate on my AT is made by BUMOT. It is the BUMOT defender.
