This is the video that makes me believe that the president isn't responsible in this, there's no way he'd kill him knowing well that Kenyans would draw conclusions based on this. As he says he had options available to him and he chose to apoint Ogola, he would have appointed any other person and dealt with him as a military personnel down there whom nobody would have created a story from.
