A moment of comic relief entered the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard defamation trial in Fairfax, Virginia, while the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor was testifying in his case. The attorney for Amber Heard was discussing getting an excerpt of an audio tape to the judge, who sarcastically responded, "oh joy," which caused Depp and the attorney to both outwardly laugh.

beautifully said. I recognize the latter part, I have this itch when it comes to teen models and teen actors. But ever since dead man and Edward Scissorhands I fell heard for the guy. Original, unconstrained by PC or financial noise but simply choosing mind over matter, artistic freedom over financial freedom even though he secured both through his congruent and consistent movie choices. Never a doubt in our minds when we watch a Depp movie, it actually IS a Depp movie. That takes character, commitment, a strong will and a crystal clear north star, infallible inner compass. That inner compass only failed when he met Amber Heard. Which tells you how good (read dangerous) she actually is.

At this point, the fact that she has so many recordings as 'evidence' is just bizarre. It's like she was trying to catch him doing something, yet none of the recordings have shown any sign proof of anything. Even in the recordings of their arguments all her weeping and responses just sound manipulative. In that one recording where he supposedly 'pushed' her, she responds by frantically saying "Stop! Why are you cornering me?" as if anyone getting pushed would be giving direct play-by-plays of what's happening in the middle of a disagreement. 😂

Johnny genuinely sounds so sad in those audio recordings; he doesn't sound like someone who is experiencing uncontrollable rage or anger; he sounds like a person who has been dragged down and emotionally drained. I mean, just listening to the audio recordings of Amber and her chaotic ramblings was enough to make me feel ill and give me a slight headache - I can't imagine what it must have been like for Johnny having to endure her incessant screeching on a daily basis. It must have been completely overwhelming and exhausting. I think he held on for too long with her and tried for too long because he loved her and wanted it to work; whereas she was covertly manipulating and recording him for self gain with the end goal of completely destroying him because he refused to tolerate and succumb to her narcisstic whims and demands - that's also why she physically beat him, because verbally berating him didn't work, I think she was trying to beat him into submission.

It literally is the exact same process for anyone, ever, that has had to go through the deep learning and trauma that it is being in a 'relationship' with a narcissistic. Mostly covert in this case, bpd, but let's be honest, the labels all morph in at some stage, psychopath, sociopath, yada yada.. You give your entire soul (almost) away but that is the deep trauma or learning also for a codependant. One takes, one gives. The giver has to learn and will, that they must be aware that their love and honesty and empathy, will not be used and abused. Its a traumatic process but ultimately, a healing. I'd like to think we could live in a world without the darkness of such narcissist energies, but, for now, it is what it is. The more these such characters are more widely seen and understood however the more quickly and maturely those souls with love to give can recognise their own part and avoid such nightmarish individuals. This time, these people, this darkness manifesting, truly is all around us, from political leaders, celebs, corporations, doctors, etc etc and, of course, family members, partners, next door neighbours.. Be open, be loving, be wise, to who you are and to who are they. Bless 🌱💛

its extremely difficult to attempt to make an abuse case credible when you have nothing on him forcing her to stay in the relationship. in actual cases of abuse victims dont have a choice, because the abuser will make sure they cannot leave without fear of repercussions. she clearly had freedom of choice, considering not only does she not have any evidence for the contrary in the seemingly thousands of recordings she had ready to use him in the far future, but also because shes not even attempting to make that case (at least that im aware of) she chose not to leave, wich not only helps the case that she was planning to do this all along, but alsoseesm to indicate there isnt serious abuse going on, and certainly not on the level she claims.

As an attorney, I can state that the outcome will hinge on how DV is defined, and if a sole instance of DV was visited on Miss Heard by JD, which should be fairly easy to arrive at as a conclusion as no drug infused tumultuous relationship with violence is ever one sided, ever. For all we know JD got loaded, back handed Heard, and doesn't even recall doing so. Yes she's obviously staging this for months as the opportunistic narcissist that she is. But, no, justice does not always, nor nearly always, prevail, and in most legal cases involving spousal abuse, injustice casts its pall and taint over everything, which is particularly pernicious for the males involved. The wife had recorded a bunch of conversations and wanted them admitted as evidence. The kicker? After the trial was over, her lawyer and I - who are friends - went out for drinks and discussed it. His client wanted to edit the recordings and only have the incriminating parts played so that out of context he was the asshole. Surprise surprise, he didn't know she was recording him and it was denied as evidence. I sincerely pity Heard's lawyers.

It's heartbreaking, as we know this intro of saying he felt 'sick of himself' (bc he loved her and) this is where she had severed his finger and they were looking for it. Yes, he was yelling bc he was in pain and shocked that she would do that. What's further telling was that the nurse and dr were saying in this that they 'needed to get her away from him' 'because she'll become even more combative' further showing JD did nothing. Hoping others watched the 'Australia's aftermath' video it is so so sad and pretty much answers how she was 'not' the victim here and he didn't do this to himself. I wish they'd show it in trial!

There are just so many inconsistencies in her stories. She adds ridiculous and unnecessary details, which is a telltale sign of deception. Not to mention, someone who suffered attacks like the ones she detailed, would have been completely covered in bruises and lacerations... Yet, people who did her hair and makeup the very next day after one of the most "brutal attacks," said she had no visable injuries! On top of all of that, she "breaks down and cries" on the stand but she doesn't shed a single tear... It is clear that she isn't answering the questions to her lawyer, she is answering to the JURY. When she speaks, she looks right towards the jury to see if they are believing her. When she realizes they aren't, she starts to get more dramatic, she acts overwhelmed with emotion. When Johnny testifies, he looks directly at the person asking the questions, he rarely looks at the jury at all. He sounds like he is recalling events, not telling a story.

Yeah they don't know bro. Just how deep it goes vs how deep it sounds. The destruction of your mental and daily happiness. The worst is when you tell yourself lies to justify the behavior, it comes from a place of viewing you as a second class citizen, so when you agree to the behavior you automatically become a comp of their behavioral traits put upon you, and when you believe one lie, you believe all lies. Because lies are from a place of fear about the truth, the fear of truth is what occupies your headspace into believing something or not, so the chance you believe a lie is decided based off the fear behind the believing of the lie the most. And if you're scared of your abuser, you'll believe about anything they say if it's in an insecurity sense.

She spent hours and hours recording him in countless conversations.....and you cant tell me she wasnt planning this very thing happening? She walked into that relationship with the intent to bring him down and take him to the cleaners....!! A very shrewd and calculating woman. Insane....but very, very shrewd.

Her team of lawyers (and I say that loosely) are reaching. Seriously I've had relationships where shouting occurred and NO physical violence happened. And then I had the violent type where if I was secretly recording every single damn thing, you'd hear a smack, punch, with the screaming. Seriously she is a liar. Hands down. I am a survivor and I can tell she's lying. She was recording a LOT and she missed the parts where he was physical? How? My opinion is all.

@Hunter Vonnegut Just because someone likes a band that's crazy doesn't make them a bad person. I have a good heart and I'm not violent and you should hear what music I grew up with. Very odd statement 🙄

The most shocking and strange behaviour in this whole entire relationship is the amount of secret recordings she did over the time period that's spanning years and year's. Then all those recordings were saved and stored away, that's not normal behaviour in a relationship. Imagine being married and living with someone thats plotting against you for all that time, having to sleep with one eye open. Its all come out now because Jonny realised what she was doing forcing Ambers hand but she wasn't as prepared as she thought and holes are being found everywhere. She is a scary woman beautiful on the outside but on the inside she's the ugliest monster

People in a narcissistic relationship become something they’re not, you lose your sense of self because that other person triggers you. It’s sickening that she recorded these conversations that were meant to be between them. Vulnerable conversations that you have with your partner to express how the other person makes you feel. Maybe he was feeling that way because when she’s filming she also becomes someone else. My ex made me feel this way when he drank too much and we were in public. He flirted with other women and if I wasn’t around who knows what he’d be doing. So I can completely relate and empathize with Johnny, smh.

yup. the only evidence it really brings is that she's premeditated the whole thing. she didn't expect for him to really go to court, it was only for the purpose of blackmailing. she's the loser whatever the outcome would be, noone believes her. it's probably because she's lying

also I might add, reading your comment it's reminded me suddenly, I had an ex who made me behave completely out of my mind out of jealousy, I would walk to his apartment in the middle of the night feeling completely crazy (but I didn't ring, he didn't pick up the phone so I called my friend and walked home 🤦‍♀️) . I've had 10 boyfriends before him and I've never done stuff like that before or after. He'd completely changed his behavior towards me after 3 months of love bombing but gaslight me saying nothing had changed at all. I was becoming irrational and didn't recognise myself I was crying every day and couldn't feel happiness, I was anxious almost all day. The whole thing lasted for 4 months but I had depression like feelings for 2 years after and couldn't feel anything too deeply, it was terrible with how numb I've felt. thinking back I can't believe I would suffer for such a low quality man, he was boring, he didn't look very good, he had no interests, his only interest was to sit at home and watch TV 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ jesus

@@sedmidivka Can so relate! Same scenario, except he also beat me...of course, I wanted to save him, though. Intelligent women sometimes do the most stupid, self-destructive things...

Yes I have been through the same. And it sucks Johnny has to be dragged through this publicly but in a way good for the exposure of Narcissist Abuse
