The transition from the trailer to the key art was very clean, I'm really excited for this entry.

This Trailer was the most hype Trailer we have ever gotten, really hoping that Havik and Onaga will be in the game!

I believe this game has potential to be the best entry for the new timeline. Fingers crossed that it will be awesome!

Here's the thing with the Kameo system. Yes, it's very likely many fan favorites will be relegated to that roster and basically be unplayable. That is a huge a concern, and in some ways feels like a cop out. BUT....we could've never expected the Armageddon/Trilogy sized roster in today's gaming landscape. Not with how long development time takes, DLCs, microtransactions and the like being the proven way to make money. It's a business first. HOWEVER....it's also kind of a genius compromise. Instead of leaving out however many characters that are models or that you fight (looking at you, cyborgs in MK11 and Baraka in MKX)....they can be still in the gameplay, but also a part of the story and way easier to develop! With them also being confirmed for Kombat packs, this could be the biggest roster in MK as far as representation goes ever. The Marvel vs. Capcom 1 precedent is a great example. It's a little bittersweet, but it's actually kinda brilliant.

Kinda strange how now is the best time to be a Liu Kang fan. Back in the MK9-MKX era he was treated like an afterthought at best and a joke at worst. Things have really turned around for him. Can't say the same for Kung Lao though. 😂

God😦damn Liu Kang just completely annihilated Shang Tsung,like it was absolutely nothing to it. But hey serves him right he's been a thorn in the guy's side ever since the original games. And after he massacred all of those kombatants in what I'm guessing is suppose to be previews of the story mode. Looks like he got exactly what was coming to him. Looks like Liu Kang has gone straight Darth Raiden in this installment. I love how after the fatality he just struck a gangsta pose. It kinda reminded me of the old school Kung Fu film called Born Invincible. I'm honestly hoping and praying that they allow Etrigan the Demon,Omni-Man,Luther Strode,Hit-Girl,Hellboy, The Creeper(Jonathan Breck's facial capture),Ant (Hannah Washington), Midnighter,Rorschach, Marv(Sin City), Nitara,Li Mei,Onaga The Utopian & Lady Liberty, Havik,Shujinko,Darrius,Blaze, Drahmin,Red Sonja,Vampirella, Sareena,Daegon,Taven,Shujinko, Supreme & Suprema, The Punisher,Nemesis,Kakashi Hatake,Roronoa Zoro,Tank Girl, Pain Killer Jane,Chucky, John Wick,& The Savage Dragon in this game as DLCs if they aren't going to be on the main roster.
