Saw this flick at midnight back in 2011. Hard to believe it’s been 10 years. Still a brilliant film noir that has aged like a fine wine. Great work!

I can’t stop watching this movie. It doesn’t even have much of a script but Refn can do with just pacing and visuals things that cannot be taught.

The movie this song is from originally is a seriously brutal and shocking film about slavery called Goodbye Uncle Tom. Roots it ain’t, it’s unlike any movie I’ve ever seen about slavery.

Tributes I really would like to make are Interstellar, Blade Runner, Birdman, Children of Men, Kill Bill, Joker, Midsommar, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Nightcrawler, Parasite, Sicario, The Revenent. There are so many. Which one would be your favourite? :)
