Victor, the animals are in good hands. Please, take care of yourself. When you were saying that everything was going too fast, I knew this was no joke or drama. I went through the same thing. Ended up being congestive heart failure. I'm praying for you. You can't take care of your family and help the animals if you're not taking care of yourself.

Viktor I am telling you that stress exacerbates any symptoms. You need to stand down for a long time and get someone in your place at the centre. I got terrible vertigo when I was stressed and it happened over a long time. Go and spend time with your family and let the team take the strain for now. PLEASE!!!!!!!! If you do not take time your body will take it for you.

When my husband had an ear problem, he actually crawled into the doctor office. It helped somewhat to wear an eye patch over one eye, it was the only way he could stand upright!

He is not competing with Takis, fool, nor is Takis competing for the prize of animal welfare sainthood. They are obviously good friends and united in purpose. Their work has similarities as well as differences, but they are both wholly dedicated to and work tirelessly forthe welfare of animals and the change of attitudes toward animals. And it was Viktor's video about Takis that introduced me to Takis' work (and the great Valia). So take your sour face and your small mindedness elsewhere.

Viktor, have them check for Labyrinthitis. It is a buildup of wax and scale on the section of the inner ear which controls your balance. I hope you get better soon.

Labrynthitis is a viral infection in the fluid inside the semcircular canals in the inner ear. It doesn't affect the tongue.

I also do exercises and take motion sickness medication pills. Vertigo always sets in during allergy season.

i had HORRIBLE spinning vertigo..chiropractor adjusted my neck a few times and now much better but don't close your eyes in the car..keep them opened and focused on something like the horizon or trees..closing your eyes might make it worse...praying for supernatural healing for you..and Takis!

My mother-in-law went through the same thing with vertigo. It took some time to get better, but she never was 100% thereafter. But much better. Take care Viktor.
