I always love coming back to listen to this every once in a while. All the versions on Spotify have tons of synth and reverb behind it or a full church choir, but that sort of does the tune an injustice since it was a just simple river tune sung by traders on the Missouri.

Thank you for this lovely rendition. I have a piano student who's doing a jazzy version of Shenandoah. I wanted to find a clear, heartfelt, down-to-earth version so she could hear something closer to the original intent of this song. I searched a while before I found your lovely version. Thank you!
