The amazing Moses McCormick (aka laoshu505000) recently passed away, so the language learning community has come together for this big send-off collaboration.
Hopefully, you like this idea of mine. I organized all the contributors (with help from Tetsu Yung and Richard Simcott), coordinated their submissions, and did all the edits (yes, all those effects were by me). Thanks to Jonathan Seabolt for gathering the footage of Moses used and music is by Jordan Grigg.
I got the inspiration to do this video from this one: • Oh, the Places You'll ... . In my version, we each translated our lines to our assigned languages, of the poem "Oh, the places you'll go" by Dr. Seuss, which has that optimistic sense of adventure in life that I always associated with Moses. He will truly be missed, and I hope this tribute is worthy of the legend himself.
Don't forget to subscribe to my channel for a different spin on language learning and foreign language videos, as well as a series of upcoming videos about recovering from hard times to get your mojo back. Or check out my other links below for my content elsewhere.
Leave a comment if you'd like to translate the subtitles file, so the video is more accessible in other languages! Also, please feel free to share your favourite Moses moments, or what you most enjoyed about this video in the comments too!
Otherwise, see all the other excellent contributors to this project and how to find them, in the table of contents:
