nope, I haven't unfortunately :/ I played New Vegas the most between 3 and 4.

In 3 it was called the Rock-It Launcher, in 4 it was called the Junk Jet. Essentially it does the same thing in both games: it takes any junk that you are carrying in your inventory and uses that as your ammo. It's fun to kill things with random stuff like a Super Mutant with a stuffed teddy bear 😂.
