I pulled 1 elite 7 and got Lizard. With the increased drop chance if the vast majority of your roster is already 7 RS you’re far more likely to get the new character before you get someone you don’t already have.

just finish out your roster to 7 than always keep one e7 to guarantee a 7rs on new characters and use the rest of ur e7's for diamonds . easy!!!
