I went to a medical MJ doctor, with medical referral, a qualifying medical condition and faxed medical records. I was treated rudely, as if I was an inappropriate med seeker. My HIPPA rights were violated by the window greeter discussing my medical details loudly, into a room of waiting people. As if I was a misbehaving 3 child, and said the records had not been sent and she could not have misplaced them. I have proof that the records were sent. I am 73, an RN, and have reasonable expectations of medical situations. I am the sick person and yet I have to jump through hoop after hoop after hoop......omg it is a nightmare. I just gave up.

Is marijuana being reclassified below schedule 1 Considering The schedule one doesn’t apply because marijuana has been proven medically sound as a medicine so it cannot be scheduled one

Does OCD or severe anxiety qualify? I have ptsd as well but just curious. Also I had childhood epilepsy if that counts.

I would say the childhood epilepsy would be a no because the key word in that is "had" you had it but dont have it now. But if you have a medically documented disability because of it , the answer should be yes! But just go to the website and it has 95% of the answers anyone is asking!

So I have PTSD and a patient... Ohio loves taking it’s time, because well we are Ohio and suck. I want to know if I can go to Michigan, but my medicine and bring it back to Ohio. I mean I have a medical card. It makes sense both ways.

Read the laws on transporting across state lines and read the form you signed when u got your card. You would hate for the judge to rell you "Ignorance of the law is no excuse let alone the jail time, fines, impounding of auto, bond. You may never be able to afford mmj and or have it suspended perm,

If yo are a veteran you get a huge discount. HOWEVER.....You must send in your DD-214 and it will take several weeks longer to get your card. Another delay. You can't send your DD-214 ahead of time. I already called and asked them.

Tony Briggs a federal law from 1968 Nixon era says anyone who uses marijuana cannot buy or own a gun Personally I think the law is political bullshit but it is the law My advice don’t lie on a federal form it is a felony

As a veteran and 6 years in Law Enforcement and now a medical marijuana patient for PTSD.... as a patient your info can’t be given out, and Ohio is an “honor code state”. Look man if I have to defend my family and shoot someone i will never bring the word “marijuana” out until I’m proven in self defense.... one of those “don’t ask, don’t tell” kinda things. Nixon was a crook #Watergate
