Valve already unbanned people after they contacted a lawyer but from what i know they only did this on small accounts like people with no money but at the same time they "silent banned " you even when you contact lawyer and you are able to get unbanned valve still has the right to kick you out of Steam, and thats what they did with the persons that tried, unbanned but blocked everything he could do, not even able to buy games anymore
