I could see this music used for a deltarune Halloween hack (rom-hack.). Basically the Halloween hack would take place after the events of all 7 chapters of deltarune and it add more lore, story, & more., I guess you could say it's like all 7 original deltarune chapters being remodded/rescrippted & more for a new dlc content for deltarune.
