▣ French Diamond Cookies Recipe｜Ohyoo Cooking
▣ Ingredients：
Unsalted butter 70g
Salt 0.5g
Powdered sugar 35g
Egg yolk 18g
Almond powder 25g
Cake flour 110g
▣ Baking:
170℃/338℉ ⇨ 15min
▣ Method：
1. Add softened butter, add salt, powdered sugar, mix well.
2.Add egg yolk, mix well, then add sifted almond flour and low gluten flour, mix well.
3. Place the dough on a 30 cm wide baking sheet with a certain thickness and squeeze it with a spatula to make a 30 cm long cylinder of batter.
4. Dip in granulated sugar, either coarse or fine sugar according to preference. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours (you can also refrigerate step 3 directly and brush the surface with thin egg white after two hours, then dip in granulated sugar).
5. Slice into about 1cm thick and bake.
