I only realised myself inbetween working and recording :)

I did an oil change on my M111.960 along with a full service. I jacked it up as normal and used jack stands on the front subframe. I then loosened the sump plug (which was in good condition) and used an old plastic rice container to collect the oil. It takes about 6 litres so it's perfect and has a big head so no spillages. I then dumped that oil into a big 25 litre plastic container I got from work.

Hi and thank you Mohamed Amer! It is so confusing sometimes people on forums say it should be 1.5 and the manual another. I did managed to improve the pressure by doing the service but I am not happy yet as It wont go past 1.5 :/ This oil I got mostly because it was cheap and to help clean the inside of engine as the old one was dark and thick as the night. Plus I didnt have the manual when I bought it. I wont keep it for too long in the engine.

I also believe it depends on the engine you have and how much deposits you have also what oil grade you use. My car stood in a garage for 4-5 years before I got it and I imagine the sensor might be stuck too. I will try and clean it as I have a ideea about doing that and see if that helps.

Hallo, Mein Shop empfiehlt 10W40 oder 15W40 Castrol. Das habe ich verwendet und der Motor läuft bei 113.000 Meilen perfekt. Wenn Sie das Fahrzeugbuch haben, können Sie dort nachsehen, aber ich habe meins verloren.
