And I mix linceed oil and turpentine thinner to make the paint flow easily but it doesn’t work for me.. can you please clarify my questions sir..

Yep I did try a lot of dfferent mediums and they worked. But I like to keep the process simple. Just turp and oil.

I have been using Windsor and Newton oil paints with linceed oil. But even if I add little bit of oil to the paint, it becomes too transparent while applying on canvas.. may I know where is it going wrong?

Yes, adding oil to paints makes them more transparent and increases their drying time. Oil is added to paints only if they are too thick and stiff to paint with. Use only turpentine without oil to dilute.

As Jan pointed out, that's a natural behavior of oil paint. Make sure you are using the "Artists" grade oil from Winsor and Newton as opposed to the "Winton" grade oil paint. It has more pigment and is more opaque. Unfortunately, it's also more expensive.

There was an entire section about applying a darker neutral to the canvas prior to painting, and then the sample painting was done on white. Confusing and unclear.

Nope, the surface was toned by gray color. U can see white color on the side of the board.
