Time plays an important role in oil pulling, as it helps in removing all the toxins in the oral cavity. In the beginning , it’s not easy. So do it at your own pace. Start with 2 minutes and proceed to 5. Eventually you will be able to perform it for 20 minutes.

Mam I was given radiotherapy four years back in mouth for tongue ulcer after operation, so my saliva glands got damaged resulting practically no saliva n total dryness in mouth. I tried it today took teaspoon but couldn't spit out, I did water swishing afterwards to clear oil. Will it help me?
