More than a oil radiator is a water oil cooler, or exchanger, both interchange their temperatures.

It is an oul cooler i guess. Don't you need to clean the oil filter holder ?

How long would this take ? and is it an fairly straight foward but awkward job.?

A few hours as have to disconnect turbo and loosen the dpf so can move to one side for one of the bolts

Do you have to empty oil and water out or just oil?

Both the coolant and the oil pass through the radiator , both will empty when removed

As i’ve changed the cooler and some reason it’s leaking out the housing still, can u put the bolts anywhere or do they need go back to original holes

What was the symptoms oil in header tank bud?.

the coolant res was becoming empty very fast. was a decant sized slice in the old oil radiator 👍
