There are many options of paint to choose from when you start planning your art project. The three most commonly used paints are watercolor, acrylics, and oils. While it's easy to distinguish the differences between watercolor paint versus acrylics and oils, it's trickier to understand what separates the other two. I really want to try those . Take my advice from a dissabled artist that’s well gifted .please make the tubed bigger and make more new colors for acrylic and oils . Please lower the prices of the canvas packs or the paint bundles or sets . 50 or $60-$100 is so really expensive. It’s Covid now and holidays comming and people’s birthdays comming so it’s a lot more better pricing them a lot lower and put 40 or 50 or 60% coupons . I’m on team , oils , acrylics ,water colors,and acrylic pouring and pastels . I can’t have other oil paint brands that’s real because the chemicals that causes cancer and my French Canadian native Indian Métis grandmother had 5 stage cancer so I saw your stuff again and I want to try your paints. What type of linseed oil do I use for the oil paints. I want to get the right linseed oil.

Acrylics for me I'm to impatient to wait for it to dry ,I do like the effects you can get with oils.

I prefer acrylic paints. I don’t have the patience for oil paints. Drying time and clean up for oil is also time consuming. I hear a lot about Arteza paints and hope to get to try them out someday.

I do both!!! Landscapes in oils fluid art with some landscape or figure (mermaid, sea horse, starfish, etc.) embellishments. I use Arteza acrylics but haven't tried Arteza oils, now on my to do list!!!

Water mixable oil paints dry quickly easy to clean up too.

Thanks for the video. For now, I'm with team acrylic. Just not into linseed oil. Acrylics are definitely a lot easier and quicker.

I like to use oils on top of acrylics. I use water mixable oils because i don't want to mess with linseed oil yet.

Oil Paints for me. I have tried every water media but Oils is very unique.. if you do abstract, acrylic is good as it is cheaper and more fluid.. But for realism and artworks that requires details and sharpness, only Oils can offer that. every water based paints color shifts when dried. And as a watercolorist, I can say that the color and vibrancy of Oils is unmatched

Amazing video! I've been team Acrylic for years - reaction to a solvent used with oils; but would love to try again! Something I noticed though; same brushes used? I know cleaning them thoroughly was talked about, but I was told to have different brushes for different paints, as they can (tend) to be made of different things. Oh; a trick I learned from another artist is to have water (lightly!!!!) On the canvas so the acrylics don't dry in process of working.

I’ve found the water on the canvas helps the acrylic paint to apply more smoothly. Cinnamon Cooney recommends using GAC 800 to keep painting from drying out. I use it some, but also use a very fine mist water sprayer to keep the paint on my pallet moistened. Usually oil brushes are softer.

This is a very helpful video. I now know for sure that the tool I will use for beautiful pictures is a camera! Seriously, though, I have some Arteza acrylic paints and I LOVE them! High quality, beautiful colors, easy to use. Thanks, Arteza! I hope to try Arteza oils soon.

I use your acrylic paint for pours and Dutch pours . I get my paint from Amazon. Bought a few kits off of Amazon. Just made a order on December 31.

Thank you for the video. Sometimes you are mixing oil paint with linseed oil and others not. Do you not mix the oil paint with oil if you are using a pallette knife or does all paint need to be mixed with the linseed oil before using any brush or tool? Just starting with oil, but I just thought you used it straight from the tube so this is very helpful.

It depends on the climat.... when I use acrylic it takes ages to dry... i have to use a dryer otherwise it takes days to dry... I have an humidity of 70 to 90 % in my studio... and in winter its about 15 degreeätechnics you do with oilpaints with my acrylics......
