they're SEKT cap adapters. there are some pink ones which work with most american brand example: rusto and the yellow ones they're using are mostly for international cans

cap adapter...allows you to use male caps on male cans(you can use graffiti caps on your average car spray paint)...google it pretty cool...3 websites i know sell them...artprimo,oinkartltd(america) and graff city(europe) they are called sekt cap adapters
