That's why I hate trial by jury. Folks pay attention to everything but the evidence. No doubt this jury was prime suspect.

Bert Luper sounds like a very good detective. His testimony is accurate and factual. I'm surprised he wasn't leading the investigation instead of Vannatter who came across as sloppy and awkward.
@NeverGiddy
@NeverGiddy 6 жыл бұрын
Romulan2469 - Bert Luper is part of the blood planting conspiracy, in fact, he was the first step. He is the one who directed that the socks be collected into evidence. He didn't see any blood on them. At that time they didn't have any known evidentiary value. So, if you like Bert, you must think OJS committed the murders. At 2:05 in this video it's made known the lone glove that was in a drawer in OJS's closet was a right hand glove. That is very significant and I didn't hear any more about it in the case. OJS was described as being very organized with his clothes. Why would OJS have only the right glove of a pair in this drawer? ~

@@DiahRhiaJones that's why Mark Fuhrman pleaded the fifth, because he's the one doing the mixing; and doing the mixing along with Vannatter discovering and collecting evidence. And that EDTA, "I guess you can explain that as well? Ms Clark sure as hell couldn't explain it and neither could the prosecutions experts. No public defender in this case.. This time it was real defense attorneys with their own law firms and a client who could afford their services. The LAs District Attorney's Office wasn't going to get away with white washing OJ Simpson...
@DiahRhiaJones
@DiahRhiaJones 9 ай бұрын
@@kennethcharles1386 1. There was no evidence ever presented by the defence that DNA evidence was tampered with or planted. Nothing but BS claims. 2. The prosecution offered up the DNA evidence to the defences own experts to review and the defence team declined. So they don't get to talk about its contents. 3. Until an explanation is given as to why OJs blood was there to begin with, no discussion about its contents is even relevant. 4. Cochran knew all of this was going nowhere and thats why he abandoned literally all the BS theories and instead focused on the bloody glove which had shrunk from being soaked in blood. You imbeciles have no argument and neither did the defense.
