This ought to have been the most important witness. He wasn't friends with OJ like Kato was. He wasn't a part of the law enforcement. He was the only witness with no beef in the game.

Allen Parks was the only witness that wasn't trying to make a name for himself; and that's why the Jury only asked to review his testimony he was a key witness to the prosecustion,but it backfired on the prosecustors he was very honest and didn't want to lie. His job was very Simple. Pick up OJ and get him to the Airport.

I had the privilege of reading the whole court transcript as research. Alan Park was actually damaging to the prosecution if u actually follow his actual testimony. He said he saw OJ Simpson at the front of his door, but then he admitted that's where he found the bags so to the jury it was OJ putting his bags outside. Alan Park actually stated he had difficulty driving out of the Rockingham gate coz there might have been a car, now it means OJ was inside his house. Plus if OJ was just coming back when did he shower and get rid of clothes so his testimony actually created more doubt
@brian4019
@brian4019 2 жыл бұрын
@@terryvarta9306 it doesn't seem like you read the testimony. Alan did not first see OJ at the door, he saw him come up the driveway where the driveway starts. Here is the testimony: Q: How long -- now, at the same time that you saw Kato Kaelin in the side yard, did you see anything else? A: Yes. I saw a figure come down -- well, not come down, but I saw a figure come into the entranceway of the house just about where the -- where the driveway starts. Q: And moving in what direction, sir? A: Into the house or toward the house. Q: And when you saw that person, did that person walk into the entrance? A: Yes.

20:25 is a very key point. Park says, "I saw a figure come down, well, not come down, come in to the entrance way." Marcia Clark made that into a "figure coming up the driveway", to go with their theory Simpson dropped the glove behind Kato's room and then came up the driveway. But Park doesn't say he "came up" the driveway. He was merely by the entrance way when he first saw him. That's a key point, because if you listen to her closing argument she mis-states this simple fact to paint a different picture.
@johnperrigo6474

@jim-oq9px But I also read that you couldn't see into all parts of the house from where Park was to know for sure if any light was on. It was a large house.

@Romulan2469
@Romulan2469 4 жыл бұрын
@@LazySusan. He was the man walking his dogs down Westgate Avenue, Gorham Avenue and the back alley close to Bundy Drive at the time of the murders. He heard voices from Bundy around the estimated time of the murders as well as a gate clanging, and he also apparently saw a white SUV speed away out of Dorothy onto Bundy. As for what happened during the trial, I think he testified for the defense and had some heated conversations with Darden during cross examination when Darden indicated that Heidstra said that he heard the voice of a black man arguing (Darden apparently got this from a rebuttal witness Heidstra had spoken to). The "funny" part was Heidstra's mannerisms and how he irritated both Darden and Ito with how he answered the questions.

@@philipwilliams1754 and you didn't get any replies??? It proves my 60 years old observations and convictions. 50% of students drop out of high school. 50% that graduates do not know basic arithmetic. No knowledge of arithmetic = no memory retention = no common sense = no reasoning abilities. (Applicable to Marcia Clark, Allan Park and 99.9% of the population). The driver, at 10:00 pm (see part 1 of his testimony), was parked in front of Rockingham gate. He said that the Bronco was not parked there. At the same time, at 10:40 pm, Kato heard the 4 thumps on his bedroom wall, and according to Prosecutor, the bloody glove was dropped off outside Kato's bedroom by OJ. We are told that Council coach their witnesses. Ms. Marcia has developed an impossible scenario and has done an awful job with his witness. Witness Robert Heidstra saw what he saw and heard at 10.45 pm. And in his testimony said that the dog started to bark at 10:35 pm. The old man that called 911 and reported the murder on Bundy told the police that the dog started to bark at 10:30 pm. (See Steven Scwab and his friend's testimony).

Bail Bondsman So the blood drops were in the driveway in foyer right? But no blood on the Air Conditioner after he allegedly ran into it? Listen to Shapiro cross examine Vannater. Shapiro asked him did do see any blood near the wall oj allegedly jumped so he wouldn't be seen by parke also no bushes broken. So he runs into the AC unit no abrasions, still has the knife and bloody clothes that were never found gets cleaned up in 5 minutes after letting parke in? Also Vannater had all three blood samples at one time it came out in the civil trial. So that can explain the blood in the bronco. When Rodney King was beaten, how many officers do you think had it in there report what really happened? 0 its a code so it doesn't surprise no one saw the other glove. Also Furhman in the preliminary trial said I seen "Them" at his feet referring to the gloves. All this info is on here

If you want to kill Ron Goldman, why wouldnt you do it when hes alone, or in a more secluded place? That makes no sense whatsoever lol. That road can be VERY busy with traffic, and there is a lot of pedestrian traffic on that sidewalk as well. One scream can screw up the whole plan, and possibly get you caught. The answer is SO commom sensical, and OJ was one of the worst murderers in history lol. If you want to believe stupid theories, and conspiracies, thats your right, but its silly. Its CLEARLY OJ Simpson who committed these murders. Feel how you want though lol.
@BostonsF1nest

Because OJ had a history of abusing her physically, stalking her and showing up to her house. The only reason Ron was at Nicole’s house was because he was returning a pair of glasses her mother had left at the restaurant he worked at earlier that night. They weren’t dating each other. Not to mention Nicole’s blood, her hair and Ron’s blood and hair were all found inside the Bronco. On his driveway, in his house and on his socks. Simpson’s blood and hair was also located at the crime scene. As well as his footprints and the other glove. You ppl are delusional if you think someone other than Simpson killed them. If it was someone else then why the fuck did he flee in his bronco 5 days after? While holding a gun to his head? He also penned a suicide note that Kardashian read on the news. He did all that because he was guilty. Not to mention he lied all thru the civil case the Goldmans brought against him. OJ did it. If it was someone else why did OJ write a book 20 years later called “if I did it”- that includes details about the murder that only he would know. He also told his agent in 1998 that if Nicole hadn’t answered the door with a knife then she would still be alive. He’s admitted to killing her multiple times.

Not with this jury though and the other circumstances (Rodney King). Basically with Kato coming out then the black tall figure right after him, that should tell us that Oj likely climbed the back wall into the property OR was trying to avoid the limo by going behind the guest houses which made him run into the AC unit (three loud thumps that made Kato come outside). This jury chose not to listen to any of this info on purpose. The DNA evidence should’ve been plenty but ya know…

I did not watch the trial back then. My work schedule prevented that. Since then I've seen snippets of the trial and have seen Marcia Clark on TV. I like her. Maybe she's grown in experience all these years later, but I just watched her interrogating Kato and now Mr. Parks. But she's constantly treating her own witnesses as if they were on trial themselves. And major repeating herself as though she doesn't know what to say next. This is most likely turning the jurors sour against her and has possibly contributed to OJ being acquitted. However, there was plenty of evidence for a guilty sentence but this form miss Clark is using clearly worked against her in my opinion and judge ito is a terrible judge. Clarks mountain of evidence was tumbling down with every moment she spoke. Don't get me wrong. I like miss Clark these days but she and Darden brought a knife to a gunfight...no pun intended.

Exactly even to this day Allen Park never got involved with the tabloid media nor publishing companies to make money. Unlike Ms Clark, Darden, Mark Fuhrman, Vannatter and Lang,, Philips and a host of others involved with this case even crazy @$$ OJ Simpson wrote a book, but was quickly removed from the selves due to the civil lawsuit against him for murder the first of its kind a cash settlement for 33 million dollars that will never be paid by OJ Simpson. This will forever be a cold case almost 30 years coming and no conviction. RIP Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. They blew this case by putting on a domestic violence case and a judge who basically allowed the prosecution to retry every single witness with the same questions over and over, even when they had answered the questions. If a witness needed to be ask a simple yes or no by the prosecution, it would end with sidebars and then right back to the same question that resulted in a sidebar. Unbelievable how judge Ito was in handling this case until his wife became an issue.

Some things I picked up here and in part 1; Did OJ have enough time to change out of his bloody clothes, pack them, wash any blood off himself, stop his finger from bleeding, (if it was at that time), dress and get back outside in 5-6 minutes? Marcia Clark, from what I recollect, never asked Kato about if he saw the 6foot 200lb person of interest walk up the driveway and into the house. He was much closer then the limo driver and had a flashlight, how could he miss him. Another point was the blood trail up the Rottingham driveway; It never led or came from the back of the house where the glove was found and no blood trail at all back there towards the driveway...curious.

I think it was testified he was looking at the gate where Park was and Park saw the him walk up. Sure enough there’s OJ answering the phone saying he overslept. Park did not lie here and that person that walked in was OJ.

@@SethMacLeod95 I never stated Park lied, I was wondering about the other things, such as why they never asked Kato if he saw the person in black walk up the driveway. How could they not ask him that very important question? I've watched the whole testimony and I know it was never dealt with.

@@Flagrum3 no you didn’t call him a liar, but Park testifying he saw a person walk in and then OJ picks up the phone is basically a smoking gun. No one was looking for cuts on a left hand when they were likely star struck. Also the cuts on black skin aren’t as immediately noticeable like on lighter skin. Oh could’ve cut his hands at any time during the murders once the gloves were off or when disposing of the very sharp knife later on. The DNA found matches everyone though and that should’ve been plenty.

Just with Allan Park's account by itself is enough to at least make O.J. involved in the murders, if he himself did not actually physically commit them. *I mean, The fact someone wastes ten minuets in the shower when your plane leaves in about an hour. * The fact nobody answered the intercom for 10 to 11 minutes. *The fact that the intercom ringing would've sent all phones in O.J's house ringing, which would definitely wake up anyone, no matter how deep of a sleep you are in. *The fact that Park did not see a large white truck right near the address number markings with his headlights on when he arrived to the house. *Also, a white car is the absolute LAST car someone would want for a crime, because even in pitch blackness, the whiteness is still easily noticeable. *Furthermore, the fact Park saw someone go down the ally to Simpson's backyard, only to see them come back from that way and through the front door with the same physical stature and size as Simpson and seconds later Park rings the intercom and THEN there's an answer. *And I don't care how busy or in a rush you are, you could at least answer the intercom after the first or second ring and tell the limo driver that you're running late, so they don't think you're not home and end up leaving. *Lastly, although it was never tested, which I would've done, I bet Simpson, even if he was in the shower, still could've heard the ringing intercom, got out and let the driver know he was in the shower and that he'll be done soon. Sooo much evidence against Simpson, it's ridiculous. P.S. I would've also pressed aiding and abetting charges against Simpson, as a fail-safe. #OJguitly.
